Thanks! First, the fabric I used for all the dreamer outfits I constructed was Milliskin spandex. One of my favorite fabrics to work with, it’s matte, thin without being too lightweight, has a good stretch, comes in awesome colors, and has a nice self finished edge. 

I patterned the whole thing myself, the top is just a boxy long sleeved shirt with the side seams split at the bottoms, the pants are just regular straight legged pants with elastic waistband.  

For the collar I created a rectangle (in a stripe pattern from my two colors sewn together in strips - my stripes were about 3/4” plus seam allowance) that’s height was about 3” plus seam allowance, and length equaling my neck hole’s length plus seam allowance. I use rolled batting to stuff rather than stuffing. I cut a piece slightly larger than the dimensions of my collar rectangle(i forget if I double layered the batting or not, depends on your batting thickness). Then I took all cut rectangles and folded them in half, the batting covered by the fabric, and hand basted, stretching the milliskin slightly, smooting it around the batting. Handstitch the tube together at ends to form a circle, cut off excess if needed. Then sew collar into neck hole. 

Shouldpads are foam shoulder pads slightly shaped, covered in an identically shaped slip then handsewn tacted into position on my shoulder. The designs of moon and swirls were also out of milliskin and heat and bonded on. The side stripes on the pants are just long strips sewn into the side seam of the pants.
